(More) New Shoes

Hiya girls n boys,

Let me tell you a story....

The other day i got off the train at Nottingham station (i had just been to London to swim the length of the River Thames for a dare), ok thats bollocks but the reason i was in London is irrelevant in this story:)

So i got off the train and im walking thru Notts city centre to Victoria bus station so i could catch the R1 bus home, anyways as i was walking past the Kurt Geiger shop on Bridlesmith Gate a pair of shoes caught my eye.... ooooooohhh Shhhhooooooeeeeeeessssssss. So i was stood there at the window like Charlie at the gates of the Chocolate factory and i shook myself "No Samantha! You have enough shoes! No More!!!"

So i then wandered to my bus and spent nearly 3 days dreaming of these new shoes, it went from slightly wanting them, to really wanting them, to needing them, through to "if i don
t get those shoes life wont be worth living" I NEED THOSE SHOES! FYI the shoes are 'Carvela - Habit' by Kurt Geiger if your interested.

I was chatting on MSN to a friend and i was telling her about the shoes and i said i was going to go get them, she asked if i would be going dressed and i replied "of course, it would feel weird if i didnt go dressed, wouldnt it?"

So my question is: How do other girls feel about shopping while dressed?

The reason i would feel weird going into the Kurt Geiger shop as a boy and asking to try some Platform Shoes on while in my jeans and tshirt, i would defo get some strange looks, and it kinda spoils the whole experience by chickening out of going dressed.
Anyway i was dressed casually, minimal makeup so i didnt feel sexy (much).lol

So i parked the Ferrari at the Lace Market and walked to the shop and when i went in i saw "my" shoes... a girl came up to me and asked if she could help so i gave her a really really big smile, pointed and said "those shoes keep appearing in my dreams, i have to have them", She laughed and got me to try them on and walk around in front of the mirror.... oooh they fit perfectly. I gotta have them.

The assistant was w
icked and commented on me being a "tranny with taste!" she laughed with me about 'not all trannys buying tat from charity shops'.
So i bounced out of the shop £120 lighter but with a mega pair of shoes...yay

On my way back to my Ferrari i spotted the MAC shop.
Within minutes i was chatting to the assistant girl about stuff, they are always dead friendly and love helping tranny's out. I got some powder to give my face a more summery glow, now i style my own hair i find that my face can sometimes appear less colorful, The good thing about MAC is they store your profile so next time you go in you give them your name and they instantly know what needs renewing, handy cos you never need to remember what tint your foundation is, or what colors suit you.

So £25 later i left for home. Total time spent shopping = only 1hour!! how quick am i ???!?

Check out my website for more pics of my wicked shoes!

Some types of shopping are much easier dressed. Clothing, shoes and make-up I guess.

No need to stalk off to the changing room with that pair of killer shoes (they are fab BTW) hidden under a pair of jeans. :)
